RECIPE: Baked Brie Cups with Walnuts & Cranberries
3 ounces brie, skin removed, cut into 15 1/2-inch cubes
4 Tbsp crasins
4 Tbsp chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp honey
15 mini phyllo shells
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine crasins, walnuts, and honey in a bowl and mix well.
Arrange the phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Place a cube of brie in each shell, then top with the craisin and nut mixture. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melty.
